SIMCO Company Project – Sepid Roud Industrial Town, Rasht, Guilan Province
The SIMCO Company Project stands as one of the notable industrial developments in Guilan Province. The execution contract between SIMCO Company and Lahij Souleh was signed on October 10, 2022 (18 Mehr 1401). The project, with a total steel weight of 455 tons, was designed and built in Sepid Roud Industrial Town, Rasht.
The entire scope of operations — including fabrication, transportation, and installation — was completed in only 60 working days, achieved through precise planning and advanced technical methodologies. One of the distinctive features of this project is the 18‑meter height of the side columns, which during the design and shop‑drawing phase were divided into two separate segments and connected on site via flanged joints.
Given the tight schedule specified by the client, installation proceeded simultaneously and in complete coordination, utilizing three cranes with capacities of 50 tons, 20 tons, and 10 tons, operating from the north, east, and west fronts. The work progressed exactly according to the approved schedule.
Technical consulting was provided by Padir Sazeh Omran Company, while Lahij Souleh, leveraging its technical expertise, skilled workforce, and comprehensive equipment resources, successfully completed the project in full compliance with engineering and quality standards.
