The KarKhah Project (Villa Plus), executed in Golsar District, Rasht in 2024 (1403), stands as one of the most distinguished residential landmarks of the region. Designed by Architect Mousa‑Panah, the project features a creative and modern architectural vision, realized through a robust 500‑ton steel structure that embodies excellence in both structural integrity and aesthetic design.
The entire process—including fabrication, transport, and erection of the steel framework—was carried out by Lahij Souleh, whose longstanding expertise and technical precision ensured uncompromising quality and execution accuracy at every stage.
