Project – Guilan Glove Company – Phase 1 (Lahij Souleh Collaboration)
The Gilan Glove Project – Phase 1 was undertaken as part of the company’s production line expansion plan, aiming to construct a modern industrial hall featuring a 42‑meter span, 60‑meter length, and two‑story structural height. Under this development contract, Lahij Souleh Construction Company proudly assumed full responsibility for the engineering design, fabrication, and installation of the steel framework.
A key technical highlight of the project involved surface preparation by shot‑blasting to grade SA3, ensuring complete steel cleanliness prior to coating. Subsequently, a three‑layer epoxy paint system was applied, providing superior corrosion resistance and durability against variable climatic conditions.
The structure installation was accomplished using Lahij Souleh’s specialized equipment and expert crews, executed in a compressed schedule while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This project stands as a clear demonstration of Lahij Souleh’s exceptional capability in delivering design‑to‑installation services with outstanding speed and premium industrial quality.
