Tavoos Residential Tower – One of Iran’s Largest Housing Projects
Tavoos Residential Tower is among the largest residential developments in Iran, designed and constructed as four interconnected blocks. This vast complex contains a total floor area of approximately 184,000 m², rising 22 distinct floors to accommodate 1,062 residential units.
In addition to standard apartments, the development features four luxury penthouses for exclusive residents. The project’s total steel structure weight is around 4,000 tons, with approximately 500 tons executed in the first construction phase.
