Nakhl Complex – District 22, Tehran Province – Executed by Lahij Souleh Industrial Group
The Nakhl Project is one of the most technically distinctive and architecturally complex developments currently undertaken by Lahij Souleh Industrial Group. Initiated in 2021 (1400) in Tehran’s District 22, the project remains under active execution and represents a benchmark of hybrid structural engineering, combining reinforced concrete and steel elements within a unified architectural framework.
Design and fabrication operations for the first phase are being conducted at Lahij Souleh’s Phase 1 production plant in Lahijan, where precision detailing and advanced modeling ensure optimal integration between the concrete and steel systems. The project’s client, Shamim Rahmat Company, commissioned Lahij Souleh to realize this hybrid concept, entrusting the structural design to Dr. Rasoul Mirghadari, whose design leadership has emphasized synchronization between civil, architectural, and industrial disciplines.
Combining aesthetic vision with complex engineering demands, the Nakhl Complex demonstrates Lahij Souleh’s capability to orchestrate intermaterial coordination, fine‑tuned bolted and embedded connections, and exact construction sequencing—all under rigorous project management standards.
Once completed, it will stand as an urban landmark showcasing the harmony of architectural art and structural precision, further solidifying Lahij Souleh’s reputation as a leader in integrated concrete–steel construction across Iran.
