Homayi(Zafaraniyeh – Tehran Province) – Executed by Lahij Souleh Industrial Group
The Homay Project, located in the prestigious Zafaraniyeh District of Tehran, was executed in 2018 (1397) by Lahij Souleh Industrial Group with the purpose of constructing a distinctive modern landmark in northern Tehran’s elite urban fabric. The development features a 700‑ton entirely bolted steel structure, designed, fabricated, and installed entirely by Lahij Souleh under the creative architectural vision of Mr. Farzad Daliri, giving the area a unique visual and structural identity.
The design stage was conducted through detailed coordination between architectural aesthetics and structural load analyses, followed by fabrication in Lahij Souleh’s advanced industrial workshops utilizing precision machinery and stringent quality‑control protocols. On‑site installation was completed by professional assembly teams within the scheduled timeline, observing full compliance with national safety and engineering standards.
Standing today as one of Tehran’s exemplary high‑rise steel achievements, the Homay Project reflects Lahij Souleh’s capability in delivering projects that combine architectural creativity, engineering precision, and execution excellence across Iran’s urban skyline.
