Agrin Administrative–Commercial Tower Project – Andarzgoo Street, Tehran
The Agrin Administrative–Commercial Tower is located along one of the most important corridors in northern Tehran, Andarzgoo Street. The design comprises six basement levels allocated to parking, storage facilities, and technical installations, plus fourteen above‑ground floors accommodating office spaces, retail stores, and public areas — amounting to an overall structure close to twenty functional floors.
In this project, Lahij Souleh Company acted as the main contractor for the steel structure, working closely with the structural engineering, architectural, mechanical and electrical installations, and project management teams. Building on the successful experience of the Lexon Tower Project, Lahij Souleh’s involvement extended from full 3D structural modeling and coordination through to on‑site supervision and quality assurance.
This integrated approach, incorporating risk management principles, precise scheduling control, and engineering value assessment mechanisms, not only reduced potential costs but also accelerated the project’s physical progress while enhancing safety standards and the final operational efficiency.
