Citadium is recognized as the first chain commercial–entertainment center in Iran. The Rasht branch is being built on a 51,306 m² plot, located at kilometer 5 of the Rasht–Anzali road, spanning four floors.
Given its high execution capabilities, Lahij Souleh Sabz Company was selected to construct the skylight structure at elevation +19.29 m, the crown structure at elevation +24.34 m, and the emergency escape stairs for this complex. Due to the specific connection details with the building’s reinforced concrete frame, these structures presented significant technical and construction complexities. Leveraging the company’s capabilities and the combination of experience and skilled engineering, Lahij Souleh Sabz successfully completed and delivered the project within the specified timeframe.
The skylight structures weighed 350 tons, featuring friction and bearing bolted connections, and were coated with zinc chromate paint at a thickness of 120 microns. All design, bolted connections, fabrication, and installation were carried out entirely by Lahij Souleh Sabz’s team. The manufacturing and installation operations were executed using the company’s machinery and delivered on schedule.
