The Iran Radiator Manufacturing Company, with over four decades of continuous activity and multiple advanced production units, is recognized today as one of the most established and largest industrial complexes in the country. In addition to meeting extensive domestic market demand, the company exports a diverse range of products to over thirty countries worldwide, thereby securing a significant position in the international market.
As part of its development strategy and in response to the growing demand for cooling products, Phase Two of Iran Radiator’s expansion commenced in late 2022 (1401), focusing on the establishment and equipping of a modern air conditioner production line. The execution of this project was entrusted to Lahij Souleh Sabz Company, with the site located in Rasht Industrial Town, Guilan Province.
One of the project’s outstanding features is the construction of a steel structure with a 20‑meter span without any intermediate columns, enabling maximum utilization of interior space. The structure, weighing 500 tons, features a roof length of 97 meters. It was fabricated in 45 days and installed within 20 days. The combination of rapid execution with strict adherence to engineering and quality standards reflects the high capabilities of the design and execution teams in delivering projects of this scale and complexity.
