Mr. Tavakoli (2014 / 1393)
The project was launched in 2014 (1393) in collaboration with Lahij Souleh Company, with the objective of constructing and erecting an entirely bolted steel structure.
The total structural weight amounted to 110 tons, fully designed, fabricated, and installed by Lahij Souleh at the project site.
Implementation of the fully bolted connection system provided high structural integrity while enabling rapid installation and even potential disassembly and relocation of the building.
The engineering design was executed with exceptional precision, and all materials were selected from high‑quality steel, strictly conforming to the latest industrial standards.
Execution phases included the detailed engineering design, cutting and preparation of components, workshop assembly, transportation to site, and erection by a specialized technical team.
Each stage of the process was subjected to continuous quality control, ensuring a final outcome that met rigorous safety and durability requirements and exhibited a clean, uniform architectural appearance.
