Construction of Cheetoz Industrial Warehouse – 2023
The construction project of Cheetoz’s industrial warehouse, aimed at developing the production infrastructure of this prominent Iranian food industry brand, began in 2023 in Tehran and Mamounieh Industrial Town.
With a substantial structural volume of 1,200 tons and in the framework of close cooperation between Lahij Souleh Company as the main contractor and Cheetoz as the client, this project is regarded as one of the largest and most successful joint ventures of the two companies.
In this project, all stages of design, fabrication, transportation, and installation of the steel structures were carried out using up‑to‑date technical expertise, advanced equipment, and specialized manpower, in full compliance with national and international standards.
The aim of executing this project was to increase the storage and production capacity of Cheetoz’s factory, create new support spaces, and provide the necessary foundation for the expansion of the company’s production lines.
Outstanding Features of the Project Include:
Project Site: Comprising several production halls, warehouses, support facilities, and administrative buildings connected to the production lines
Execution Timeline: Completed within a compressed schedule and with full adherence to quality and safety requirements
Use of Modern Technologies: In the fabrication, cutting, and assembly processes of the warehouse components, CNC machines and modern equipment were utilized, substantially enhancing execution precision and assembly speed
Quality Control & Supervision: All stages of fabrication and installation were strictly monitored by Lahij Souleh’s Quality Control and Technical Inspection Unit, in collaboration with the client’s technical experts
The precise execution of this project not only increased the capacity and efficiency of the Cheetoz complex but also stands as a successful example of effective cooperation between the private sector and the country’s food industry, earning a distinguished place in the portfolio of both companies.
