Project – Engineer Zolfaghari Building & Oghab Confectionery Headquarters (Tehran, Iran)
Drawing on its engineering expertise and advanced production capabilities, Lahij Souleh Construction Company successfully designed, fabricated, and installed an eight‑story entirely bolted steel structure for Engineer Zolfaghari, located on Khajeh Abdollah Street in Tehran.
The project was executed with exceptional speed, precision, and structural finesse, reinforcing Lahij Souleh’s reputation for superior technical workmanship in high‑rise steel structures.
The Oghab Halva & Tahini Company headquarters was situated adjacent to this project site. Impressed by Lahij Souleh’s executional efficiency, engineering accuracy, and high‑quality results, the management of Oghab decided to entrust the construction of its own eight‑story steel building, weighing 400 tons, positioned immediately beside the Zolfaghari Building, to Lahij Souleh as well.
Both projects were executed under identical quality and safety standards, showcasing Lahij Souleh’s ability to deliver complex urban structures rapidly and precisely, while meeting the highest benchmarks of Iran’s modern construction industry.
