Project – Golestan Company Distribution Facility – Rasht–Qazvin Highway, Guilan Province – 2014 (1393)
The Golestan Company Project was developed with the purpose of constructing a fully mechanized hall for the distribution of food products across northern Iran. Located along the Rasht–Qazvin Highway, the project was launched in 2014 (1393) following the execution contract with Lahij Souleh Construction Company for the design, fabrication, and installation of an entirely bolted steel structure with a total structural weight of 650 tons and a main span of 60 meters.
A distinctive architectural and technical feature of this project lies in its three‑story administrative block, designed without intermediate columns and achieved through two 30‑meter truss spans. This unique design provided wide open floor areas and maximum functional flexibility, while demanding exceptional engineering precision, structural planning, and execution accuracy.
Throughout the project’s development, Lahij Souleh’s engineering and technical team supervised all phases—from detailed structural design and factory fabrication using advanced machinery, to transportation and on‑site erection—ensuring absolute compliance with safety, quality, and durability standards.
Given its scale, unique design, and execution excellence, the Golestan Company Distribution Hall stands among the benchmark industrial references in Lahij Souleh’s project portfolio.
